Eureka was founded in 2018 by 8 founding members with professional experience in the social sector and is dedicated to the design and implementation of learning and personal development projects.
Where We Are
We operate from Perugia, Italy, serving local and international communities. Our centre welcomes participants for courses, workshops, and collaborative projects designed to foster learning, inclusion, and social engagement. International Projects
We use the Erasmus+ Programme to promote engaging and meaningful learning experiences for our target groups. Our activities include workshops for teachers and children, language facilitation initiatives, independent learning pathways on digital platforms, and the hosting of Erasmus+ mobility projects.
In the territory
Eureka operates in Perugia, Italy, with a strong focus on a community-based approach and strategic partnerships. We place our skills at the service of the local community through language learning volunteering, tailored consultancy and coaching for NGOs, as well as bridging and networking activities.
On the market
Our on-demand training courses cover a wide range of thematic areas, including European project design, artificial intelligence, automata for STEM education, Italian language teaching, and digital arts, and are designed to combine practical skills with creative and applied learning approaches.
What's new…on
2025-2026
A new initiative for 2026 is the GREEN MOViES project-funded under the Erasmus+ KA220-SCH call—with Eureka serving as the Project Coordinator. Spanning 24 months (September 2025 – August 2027), the project had originally ranked first on the 2025 call’s reserve list before securing funding. GREEN MOViES involves an international partnership comprising Italy (Eureka and Il Pianeta Naturale), Portugal (University of Coimbra and Real Academia de Portugal), Serbia (“Ljubica Radosavljević Nada” Primary School in Zaječar), Turkey (İSTAŞ KENTAŞ ANAOKULU), and Greece (ITsART). The goal is to engage young children in exploring sustainability, starting with the school garden, by integrating GreenComp competencies with the STEAM methodology.
Key project elements include 20 thematic e-briefings, online and in-person teacher training, three pilot stop-motion stories created in classrooms, an open toolkit for educators, and-as the final outcome – a collaborative stop-motion film featuring contributions from all five partner countries.
Since June 2024, Eureka has been leading the project “WAVE – Women’s Action for Thriving Environments: A Participatory Botany Project”, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (KA210 action).
Participatory botany, collective care, and shared knowledge come together in an initiative that aims to transform the landscape and our relationship with it.
JANUARY 2026
Eureka is pleased to announce the launch of the new Erasmus+ KA122 project, a staff mobility initiative focused on two main themes. We have decided to participate in this project to further strengthen our capacity to be active in adult education. Through this initiative, we aim to integrate new practices into our daily activities, offering learning opportunities that respond to community needs and promote shared growth.
Objectives
The project aims to increase and deepen our educational capacities in two key areas:
Biodiversity and related educational practices
Frontier Education – a concept that refers to innovative educational practices in challenging contexts, such as intercultural education and other complex learning environments.
